ntl are chaging their internet tarrifs next month the lowest servers goes to 300k the medium servies which is now 600k moves to 750k and the 1mbit service moves up to 1.5mb and its price is 38quid instead of 35. They have no option to increase their up stream so all the 1mbit guys are payin more and if your using any P2P that requires you to upload to download this increase will probabally have you pulling your hair out!
