NULL-Error

OK...wehen i start i get the NULL/NULL-Error...
i followed EVERY step mentioned in that guide: http://forum.ragezone.com/f316/guide-server-setup-guide-209151/

used Solidus repack V2.0...

1 Problem:
the old client wasnt available...u dl KalOnlineEng_070918.exe if u follow the link for the old version...

another thing is: i never had to type in passwords or anything (saw a few threads where ppl were talking about PWs...)

so..any solutions?

That is the old client you need. Try every single step again and tell me whether it worked or not.

now engine.exe has a problem and wont start ^^"
it just crashes...

Copy a engine.exe from an other repack (i would suggest some engine with the default pw)
or reboot your computer and try it again,
Did u checked if u pw protected your config.pk's .dat files?

... NULL error means you fucked up your .pk you can learn that by searching

if you cant get your .pks working(VERY BASIC THING!) you should just give up suck it up and play PAnimals server like the rest of the retards out there

its just for fun...it will never be public "

and as u can see...i mentioned the PWs...


right now my pk's use the default-pw...
the current prob is to get an engine.exe with the default-pw...
got an unpacked engine.exe (~4mb) together with Kal_Controller_fixed...
prob is, now u can flame, i srsly dont get it to work...
if i save the engine.exe with the default-pw -> error...


EDIT: kay...compressed everything..didnt work :S
trying something different now...
