One last problem

hello to all...
my STB AND STL are all same and don't have problems but still,
i still have different item names sample

zehpy bow but it appears on the is "a very power staff" like that.... the name of the item is the description

i already extract the client VFS 3d data STB and STL of both weapons and armors to the server but still even they are the same still wrong names appears... what should i do then please help me

What you are seeing is a client issue.

What client are you using?

Did you edit the STL files then insert them back into the client?

Or was your client previously edited/modified by someone else?

The way data is stored in the STL is what defines the stuff you see.

Typically the STL has 5 different language columns for item name then another 5 for description
A value at the top of the files tells the client how many languages to read in.
English is most always language 2 in the list

I wonder if the STL you are using has all the additional languages removed so that column 2 becomes the English description instead of the English name

hmmm... im using ver 266 client 139 139 i will try to install a fresh client then whats next?

is there a guide for fixing this...

waaaaaaaaaaa i already try to patch a newly and fresh STB AND STL of weapons.. but still names are the descriptions.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is it just weapons?
Do other item names show as descriptions?

not only the the weapon but the boots also others are all ok... yes the items hows the description... not the name

OK and are these files edited in any way?
Did you add them to the client yourself?

nope i used to have my dev... but he left because of a family problem.. and now i edit some ... but still i dont know why there must be a way
