Only certain trainers broken

Hey all. I did some searching and couldn't find the answer to his particular problem. I truely hope that it's not already out there somewhere and I didn't search good enough. It's not meant to waist peoples time to reanswer questions already covered.. My problem is that only certain trainers aren't working.. MOST are. One example is Ayanna Everstride in Aldrassil. I'm using DB 700, and Ascent 2.5-TRUNK r2473. Any ideas would be nice, thank you.

could be the core problem, so, try newer cores

I have same problem here only its on the latest core and DB. Not sure what the problem is but I would guess that the NPC isn't setup in the DB or something.
