Other people connecting to website

I can connect to my own webite but when someone els tries connecting it wont let them it says

User Login - Failed

The login failed. Check your password and make sure you typed it in correctly.

I gave them my Wan Ip and my NO-IP and still doesn't work
can someone try and help me out?

Hmm i had the same prob I forget how to fix maybe its something to do with Internet

Using 1,6 CMS Its the first one i seen so i downloaded it lol
