Others can connect to my server, but get realmloop problem

hey guys im running the mangos 2.0.10 tbc version, i can connect fine, i was runnning the 2.0.8 version and everyone could connect fine. i upgraded to the 2.0.10 version today, my friends can connect to the server and see the realm, but they get the realm loop problem where it keeps asking what realm to choose. works perfect for me though...anyone know what the problem is?

just in your realmd db change your realmlist ip to no-ip ip
