Page won't be founded + Won't update the client = Vista problem?


I were to install my private server today on another computer (With the OperativeSystem Vista).

Seemed to work fine.. updated the first client window thingie... but after it was updated it was to update with the other window as it usualy do with EVO nothing seems to happen..,

it says ir is searching for updates but it keeps saying that all the time.

Then I recieve that message! It's in Swedish and it says that the site couldn't be loaded... and then it just remains like that for ever without updating.


I try to start the launcher anyway without updating it completely... I recieve an error as expected.. but when the launcher is opened... It won't show me the site!!!

It's the same problem. When I try to open my site with IExplorer or Mozilla it works perfectly fine! Does vista have any problems with browsing on the web from a .exe or what?

(NOTE THAT I'VE TRIED TO LAUNCH AS AN ADMINISTRATOR AND ACCEPTED WHEN THE FIREWALL ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO LET THE .EXES TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET!)


So... what is the problem and how can I solve it?

Im using Windows Vista too and all working fine :S i dunno whats your problem :S

try to start as an administrator. right-click on icon and "run as administartor"
or change it in "properties" and then "compatibilites" when you right click
