Well, if you have the time. Go on youtube and look up "parkour". And I also swim.Swimming is the best, tbh.
But, running does help you lose the pounds and get in shape if you stick to it..

anyways, yes dude its a very great exercise, for your WHOLE body. Makes you work on almost every muscle there and plus cardio. I do parkour too, its great!

The only real exercise i get is pe at school (two hours a week),
I eat lots, i drink lots of coffee and im very skinny (im not small either?)
So thats my advice, eat lots and drink coffee!
