Swimming is the best, tbh.

But, running does help you lose the pounds and get in shape if you stick to it..

do u even realize how hard this is?!

anyways, yes dude its a very great exercise, for your WHOLE body. Makes you work on almost every muscle there is and plus cardio. I do parkour too, its great!

Haha thanks. I have tried to backflip off a 2-story building, I cried >.>

You gotta remember, I'm 13, I can only go so far. >.<

But yea, I am pretty good. I can do the good stuff :D.

The only real exercise i get is pe at school (two hours a week),
I eat lots, i drink lots of coffee and im very skinny (im not small either?)
So thats my advice, eat lots and drink coffee!

Well, I do parkour or freerunning daily. Do you think it's good exercise?

of corse it is.
your running on walls, and jumping and rolling and running some more, and flipping and running....

my mate does it, and he is skinnehhhhh
