Parkour/FreeRunning - Great exercise?

Well, I do parkour or freerunning daily. Do you think it's good exercise?
 
Swimming is the best, tbh.

But, running does help you lose the pounds and get in shape if you stick to it..
Well, if you have the time. Go on youtube and look up "parkour". And I also swim.
 
Yes, I do, I'd never be able to do that.

Haha thanks. I have tried to backflip off a 2-story building, I cried >.>

You gotta remember, I'm 13, I can only go so far. >.<

But yea, I am pretty good. I can do the good stuff :D.
 
The only real exercise i get is pe at school (two hours a week),
I eat lots, i drink lots of coffee and im very skinny (im not small either?)
So thats my advice, eat lots and drink coffee!
 
Must be great exercise :P You don't see fat people doing that stuff lol.
