i have also tryed with pe explorer's disassembler but it run in a type of read-only mode and not permit any alteration :/

if youre using other episode tell me which commands -.- you will not do it with dissassembler from what i see so i will compile bins with enabled commands for u

whats the problem with editing client?
EDIT:
the same for enabling commands - not all of disabled commands are 'disabled' only in Field Server some of them are also in pre like prepareshutdown , and some of them are also in IM server
