Pay with PayPal?

I made a thread asking about advertisements, but this is about the payment itself. Is it possible to pay with PayPal? I don't have any money on my pre-paid, but I have a bunch on my PayPal acc, and I want to buy 1yr subscription. D:

Edit: Well, I tried using my pre-paid credit card (it has a few bucks left on it), to buy a month of subscription, but it said "Unfortunately your card has been declined by your bank. Please contact your bank for more information." Is it possible for me to donate, but get subscription status? I'd rather use PayPal... I don't have any money on my pre-paid.

Half the people here don't even know what the hell payex or w/e that other thing that MentaL uses is. I saw that there was a PayPal thing on the donation thread, but apparently it's temporarily down? >.>
