Hello and i am looking for someone to set me up an server + online account creation page . Prepared to pay via Paypal . It seems allot guides fail , and maybe i fail at following them also because im crap at setting up conquer online servers.

Requirements :
* Server must be in english
* Must be en Leveling server .
* Must have custom EXP rates and drop rates .
*As recent as possible ! If you can't get the most recent version , also fine but its preferred to have it recent as possible .
* You must be able to make an online account creation page .
