PB Beyond Limits the i3packs are recrypted and cant read by i3packtool

I try to modding the new version/edition of the game "PB Beyond Limits" released in July 1, 2019 in Philippines

I have some issues about its *i3pack file, i have some picture:

That tool is mostly outdated,and the new "pb" is updated,it must have a conflict,so i recommend you to dev or find that tool up to date.
