Phoenix Emulator, Horse riding is weird

I really need help with this.
I use Phoenix 3.9.0, and yes, I do have a license.
I use revCMS 1.9.9.9.
Here's the problem

As you can see, the legs are kind of lagging, and it looks like it is walking, along with the horses.

Someone please help me,

Phoenix emulator has an older build of R63, the only way you can get horses is to inject them into the swf, that bug is just because the swfs are heavily out dated.
