Phone screen occasionally really messes up

I'm not necessarily looking for help on how to fix this as I've been planning on getting a new phone anyways, I'm more just curious as to why it happens and what's going on.







It usually only happens in the internet browser, and not on any specific site(s), just occasionally here and there.
