Right this is the last post of the night definately!

When i fill in the form using the NEW version i get this

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\football\config.php:24) in C:\xampp\htdocs\football\housekeeping\home.php on line 14

but the site still updates so its no big deal. I will try to work out a fix in the morning.

That because you've got some output in that config(echo, html tags, or something).
