Ping 999

I have been trying for more than 5 combinations on my settings. And I still haven't got to fix it... Any ideas?

make MonitorIP = 127.0.0.1 for no 999 ping.

Still got the same problem, i got them back to 127.0.0.1. Everything to 127.0.0.1 and have tried many other configurations with the Server.ini, still i get 999 ping.
