Well i know there's a way to turn on Pixel Shaders (for the better look of water), i tryed to do it manualy, in system options since in game options there's no way to do it. So if someone know how to turn it on i would be very happy if u post it here.

If you go in game, the log in screen, then go to options and look for Video Options you should find it.

Well in game option when i log in, there's option called "reflections" i can mark it
My Graphic is Gainward GF3Ti and it support pixel shader, so it's weird. And i also heard that u can't change it "in game" options, u have to do it manualy. Either way i will try again.
