There is a very nice debug menu that will allow you to finish missions with reward for the maps that are buggy. You can get all space and ground level 3 abilities under the levels section. You can turn on God mode and summon ships. There are a lot of options.
You must have level 9 access for this to work under the console command line. Just type mmm and press enter and the debug menu will appear. I found it once a while back and lost my notes and have been looking for this command for the last three days. I am posting it here so I don't have to look for it again and to share this nice little feature.
