How you can make music play in the back ground like ambient music
I though in tbl_mapinfo put music(number) but will not work
thank

not sure if it will work with these files, (this is hoisted from another forum, relating to ledu) but apparantly you need a new folder in the client called music, with the tracks in and a soundlist in there with eg:

;map folder track
0 Music\o.mp3
2 Music\2.mp3
11 Music\11.mp3
GHWI001 Music\GHWI001.mp3

but also this in your data folder: MepgPlay.dll, not sure if 2.3 will read that dll, from 1.9 files,, a bit like the zplugofengine.dll one for custom commands,, TD did that differently

I did like this

mirsound.lst
1: wav\ambientmusic.wav

and is mapinfo
MUSIC(1)

Make a folder called 'Music' then you just name the wav file the map name and it should play. I think thats how you did it on 1.9 and dont see why it would be different on here yet.
