Ok i do everything correctly


mrs.exe > convert to tga > edit > convert to dds > save > pack on woman.mrs, Go to systen > edit it...

but when i go to pgunz shop .... it doens't work

dont convert!
use Adobe Photoshop CS2
and the dds plugin

The ELU itself defines what texture to use. You need to hex-edit the meshname and the texture it calls.
