you can't make character in both Nation you can only make 1
If it is not the problem with the factions - it could be anything. Did you try one of my 1-Click Server? They run without problems.
I think there is something wrong in your source files, maybe you edited something and while compiling an error occured!

nothing to do with cc code. I f cc where false game wont start at all!
What melwin meant was that you can not create 1 asmo and 1 elyos at the same time, only if you set up the config to it!

Or if you need to make character both faction both asmo and elyos you need to change something in emulator gameserver.properties
gameserver.character.creation.mode = 0 change 0 to 1 and save
