I build perfect world process up to 90% but trouble on gs, i wanna create pw version nocasting
can anyone help me for editing my gs? or give me gs nocast hehe, my pw version v70

By no cast i assume you mean instacast, i forget which pwi version was v70 but try making gear give -99 channeling, exactly, ik sometimes anything after -99 actually slows you down

There is a function where -99 is calculated out to be equivalent to approximately -89 or so, instituting a hard cap. You would need to change this value only. I am too lazy to go looking for where this information was publicly posted a while ago but it is out there. If I come across it here in a few days I will update this post. I have done so before I just forgot where and what it's called.

I believe 1.4.0 or 1.4.2
