I got problem....when i closed server...then , i wnt see at account data for create Gm...then,dun have anything at account data....why???where account data save???

are you using a txt based server or sql?
txt= it all saves in a few txt documents
sql= well self explanatory

If your server is SQl based, then open up Query Browser ->Log In -> Get drop down menu from your Ragnarok database -> Click "login" 4 times -> Find the account that you want to be GM and scroll over to "level" -> Put it to 99.
