[PLUS EMU] Wont start up [HELP] [S.O.S]

Hi guys,

I have a plus emu but when i configuratie the configuration file properly and then when I run my emulator it says this:
You must be registered to see links
You must be registered to see links
[/URL]
You must be registered to see links

whats wrong and what can be the problem? my config.php is correctly installed.

config.php has nothing to do with Arcturus emulator errors. I guess you're missing rows in your table called 'server_settings'. Maybe you should import all SQL update files to your database to make sure you're not missing important data?
