port forwarding problems

Ok i go to port forward everything works fine but when i go to the open port checker is says they arnt forwarded
can someone help me here is a pic of me forwarding them

I have almost the same router as you (WRT54GS), make sure the "100" under "IP Address" is your computers IP.

Find that out by going to "Start>Run" and type in "cmd" (without the quotes) and then type in "ipconfig" (without the quotes) and get your computers IP.

that port check thing might not be correct.it was not correct for me is said cant see connecton timed out
