Port forwarding Questions

Okay so I am trying to set up a Cabal Online ep8 server and everything is working except my client can not connect to my server. I try to open ports but when i check them with port checker (google it) it says its closed. I am port forwarding correctly. I have a lot of expierence with port forwarding on netgear routers.

Anyways my pc ip is 192.168.1.3 and my centos IP is 192.168.1.11. Which one do i portforward for 38101 - 38200?

Okay i did that. For somereason when i use port checker it says the port is still closed.

I forwarded 38101 - 38200 UDP/TCP to my centos ip 192.168.1.11
