Port Forwarding

Hey, what program (when selecting on portforwarding.com) should I port forward for and to what port so that other people can play my server instead of just me on 127.0.0.1 because when I go on my wan IP it gives me the server dead message.

The three ports are 29000, 29100, and 29200.

I don't get how you forward them. On portforward.com it has you select your router which I did then it asks you for the program. Which do I select?

If your router got DMZ function, enable it to ur PC ip..
