The file received a DMCA takedown by the Basilisk Development Team. I still have the file locally on my computer.

What's the best way to circumvent this?

Nothing special just the last portable version of Palemoon 32bit web browser that support the last official version of adobe flash player and shockwave player

Instruction: ( make sure during installation of flash or shockwave player palemoon browser is not running )
1. install flash player
2. install shockwave player
3. open palemoon folder and find palemoon.exe
4. enjoy browser that support flash and shockwave player

They went super hard and it's kinda funny how balls deep they went trying to DMCA everybody over it.

They've done more DMCA takedowns in the last few weeks than Sulake has done in the past 10 years.
