It's easy bro, '.wys' files are just a common '.tga' with some of the first bytes changed, while the '.msa' is a little more complex 3d mesh (contains bones, vertexes, faces, etc) so you can convert to almost any 3d file format (.3ds, .fbx, .obj and so on)
