PROBLEM! Please help! I've Tried millions of times.

Hi everyone, i have been trying million and millions of time on creating a server, i followed renhunt's but failed, I used nongnots server files and edited the HotUK and runned HotukMgr which will automatically run server4096. There are monsters shown on the Server 4096 and i also Runned hotukmgr.

I just cannot connect to my own server.

Can anyone tell me what i went wrong?

I wanna use Hamachi. I know it sorta sucked cause of the hackers and viruses But can anyone tell me how do i connect to my own server and what is the problem? Thank you guys so much.

1. did u open ur ports
2. are u gonna play and run the server on same pc?
if yes then use this IP: 127.0.0.1
if no but on the same network: go to that other pc Press Start> click Run> type CMD> a black screen will come up> type in IPCONFIG and hit enter>

it will show your IP ADRESS: xx.xx.xxx.xx <-- this is the IP u use to connect.

make sure u have the right port open for the client ur using. and make sure ur Versions are matching if u have to a certain Version in ur server hotuk.ini

and why r u using hotukmngr?

just click 4096(japanese client)
or click KTPServ or KPTServ2 (kpt client)

well. If i want to use hamachi as a base platform, i know its not really good but i need to use it.

Anyone know what ip i need to put at server hotuk and idata and registry file.

As in can anyone attach a server hotuk with my hamachi ip? and attach it here so i can download it? or send pm to me at this forum and tell me link to download it. Or add me at msn to help me.

Thanks so much. i have been wanting my own server for millions of years. I already almost gave up cause its so hard. Now im determine to get it up again. Hope any kind souls will help. Cause my real ip is sorta fcked up.

Thats why i need to use hamachi as base platform.
