Problem & Some Question Please help me =(

The problem is when i try to edit sql database i got the following error:

[localhost] ERROR 1146: Table 'audition.1' doesn't exist
[localhost] ERROR 1146: Table 'auditionlog.1' doesn't exist
[localhost] ERROR 1146: Table 'auditionlogin.1' doesn't exist

And the questions are:
1) what is the gm commands?
2) How to create admin account \ user?
