problem with Items

i have this problem..clients cant take items buy in Shop.

report that:you dont meet the level requirement to user this items
also they are lvl 30 and the item is requred only lvl 15 ..

That's lvl 600, signus rares for an edited character.

The fixed game files were posted... Lvl req will make sense if you overwrite the item folder
