Problem with PB respawn

I have a problem with the respawn of the PBs, when I kill them they don't come back.


Even restarting the server they don't come back.


I tried to use the command ( %respawn start ) but it didn't work either
It worked.


(NOTE) The PBs only come back if I restore the DBs.


Does anyone know what I should do or if there are other commands?
