Problem with Windows 2003

I installed and wanted Windows server 2003 a server thereby to make, but as the server finished I determined that the PristonTale cant run my computer . Why is like that. Has tries DX9 to install, but it is hopeless

Windows Server 2003 (Standard Edition) is the best to host PT (Or any game really) on (Normally a dedi)
but you cant in fact play PT on it
