I'm one of the project contributors and we made big progresses during last days, you can check our timelines to see that Project Mobius is a good L2 emulator for Goddess of Destruction: Tauti expansion and fully respects GPL license and open source community.
The project goes forward by user contributions and there aren't inner circles or private sources, we don't hide anything.
