My friend has the psp 2000 and the latest FW which is 5. something. I have the 5.0. On his psp, not modded, he can download games for free and they work. I'm wondering what happens if I try and download a game.

so since his doesn't have CFW, and it downloaded games work, you think mine will work?

-He's playing demo's
-He has a custom firmware but didn't tell you to mess with you
-He bought stuff from the playstation store

He doesn't know anything about custom firmware.

He downloaded a random game off the internet, I was there.

It was a full game.
