questin about msn

Hello, i need to know how can i transfer all my msn contacts to my new msn account, because my msn is [email protected] and runescape is gay, i dont want it, thats why im changing it.
and i cba to do it by adding one one...

Tools > Contacts (or something like that) > Save Contacts.

Might not be exact since I don't have MSN running, at school.
