Question about OsIrose and Arcturus

Hi guys,

I am quite a beginner in rose server development, and a friend of mine and I want to create a new Irose server.
I wonder if OsIrose and Arcturus both let you do that.
If yes, what is the difference between both ?

Well, I still don't know what the difference is between both, in terms of performance, stability, and difficulty to set up.

Arcturus are not evo but irose and much more um stable and harder to setup.
