Question about the database..

I'm doing pretty good with my server so far, but i cant quite figure out how to make someone an admin without it saying 'administrator' over their names.. I've seen servers that have done it before, and i'm thinking that there has to be a table somewhere that lets you create new account grades, or to edit the ones that are already there.. can anyone tell me how to do this? I'm using Kekku's files if that changes anything..
