Hi,

atm im working to adding files to a clean repack by myself to understanding everthing just a little bit better. To take a finished repack and set it online is just lame and helps nobody so i try to do my own thing.

But at least to my question.
I found this guide http://forum.ragezone.com/f554/drop-rate-best-simplified-one-882977/
by Makova to add itemgroups.
So i followed the instructions:
1: paste the code in Intitem and write then the itemgroup number to Intmonster.

Do i just have to change them in the server site or do i have to create a new Intitem.dat for the config.pk on client site?

After i finished the tut ill get an error on mainserv that line 4948 was wrong this was this line:

(itemgroup (index 5272) (Group 100 5268) (200 5269) (300 5270) (400 5271)))

maybe someone could tell me what did i wrong. would be awesome.

crap what he is say, here is a small tut about:

at first u need the item .. let it be index 500

then we go to itemgroup..

(group (index 9771) (item (100 1499) (200 1500) (300 1501) (400 1502) (500 1503)))
(itemgroup (index 9771) (group (500 9771)))

there u see the

(group (index 9771) there u have to put the item indexes in ! like that:

(group (index 1) (item (100 500)))

index 1 is the index of the itemgroup. (item (100 500))) = the item index (500) does drop (100) = 10%

now to the itemgroup

(itemgroup (index 9771) (group (500 9771)))

(itemgroup (index 9771) <- same as group, one itemgroup, one index.

here u have to put ur groups ( (group (index 1) (item (100 500))) ) in..

example : (itemgroup (index 1) (group (1000 1))) that does mean, group index (1) does drop to (1000) = 100%

well... i hope it helped xD

@Edit.

after that u also have to put the itemgroup index into ur InitMonster (to the mob who u want that drop these items!)

Thx TranX,
was pretty helpful and it works now. But wasnt the main problem.
Main problem was that the line of mako is wrong:

(itemgroup (index 5272) (Group 100 5268) (200 5269) (300 5270) (400 5271)))

Must be

(itemgroup (index 5272) (Group (100 5268) (200 5269) (300 5270) (400 5271)))

not a huge mistake but it wont work othewise
