[Question]Hooking PS2 to TVTuner

I have a question, I've been playing my PS2 with my tv tuner and I'm using DScaler as my software, I can play it well, but my problem is the graphics is kinda crappy or blurry. Now I wanna ask what program is best suited for this? or any tweak to make the graphics more clear. By the way here's my specs. And thanks in advance!
