You can't get the php files unless you have direct access to their webhost, which isn't going to happen. If it were possible to do that nobody would bother writing their own websitrs they would just steal other people's.

All we can get is a dump of the html files, java and images which you then use to make your own site assuming you can. If you can't then you have to wait for somebody else to release one. Don't start asking people for their site code though as it just annoys them. It takes a lot of work to build a site for your server to make it unique and a lot of developers don't actually want to release it otherwise every other server looks just the same as theirs.
