Questions... Pls Help me

I have some question, how can i use npc manager for edit mys npc.... How can i re-configure mys mosters, because they have much life, and is dificult for one lv 100 kill some :2gunsfiring_v1: bargons for ex....and end how can i edit perfect itens with spec in the game... i know this comand '~/@get' but it don't give me a perfect itens with spec,the Choice is random =// ....

for the npc. hit open file with npc editor and type (ricarrten) would be village-2.ase

2. monsters shuld be ok but u might have to eidt the abs on them. i will post my monster folder.

3. its luck of the draw. if its not good enough just ~/@get "Lucidy12" - a lil secret i found
