Well guys, I need some advice.
I have like, a really good friend of mine, known him for like 6 years now almost and he is a cool, good guy however he is EXTREMELY racist against people, and generally very hateful. He says he hates "Niggers" merely because they're black which I know is wrong and it's retarded. He disregards them as not being humans and says they're monkey's, not only blacks either, but other ethic groups. But he's been nice to me, we've been through a lot and he has been a loyal friend. So really, I don't know what to do. I tried talking sense into him by basically saying racism is immature, childish and we're all the same since we're all humans. Basically told him color makes no difference so don't judge people by that, judge them by their actions, etc. And well, he just laughed at me.
I just can't hang out with people like this if they're too dense to look past their own skewed perspective of the world and continue pointlessly hating others.
Anyone know what I can do?
