U need change ur IP.

Modify ur IP on Develop_Ios or Develop_Android：
\Develop_{Ios or Android}\Assets\Resources\Script\FrameWork\GUI\view\StartGamePanel.txt
\Develop_{Ios or Android}\Assets\Resources\Script\Net\NetConfig.txt

Search for 103.85.85.216 and change to ur ip

After u need to recompile it,
First
AssetBundle-> AssetBundleName设置->lua脚本

After this

u need set up too api.
