Ok, I have mRO(Malaysia RO 700mb+ file) CD installation..so is it possible for me to host my own single-players mode with it because I want to play alone.

If so, how?

Follow that guide, however, where it has you put in IP's, use 127.0.0.1 instead (Both in server config, and in your sclient), it also tells you how to register (The _m/_f way) and make sure you open the hexedRO file, and that should have you playing by yourself
