Raise level cap in Arcturus ROSE?

Title pretty much says it all. Is it possible? If so, could you please post a helpful guide on doing so.

Yes its possible My servers max lvl 250 and max stat 400. And we run these style of files. To do this takes asm injecting the dlls and the trose in the players client.
And if you have no ability's at asm i would not suggest even trying.
