Ok, this fix is easy and fast:

Create a folder in the database: name: dbo_ip

Finish

EDIT: That does not work, its just that you need to edit something in settings.ini :Registeration and Agree Thing

Yh I Think I Already Had That in There..But thinking bout it :O i almost deleted that folder the other day woops lol
