read inside.....texture fail :O

hello guys.....when i today added some new weapons to my server i noticed some files had same names like existing so i renamed like PB_S20_05 to PB_S25_01 and then ingame the weapons are pink, why? i renamed the file to put in weapon/tex also :S
how can i fix this? do i have to use a tool to rename or ?

hex edit your .gb and go to end of the file, change the name .dds
