Read nif 20.3.1.2 directly

Hey guys. I found that nifskope can read nif 20.3.1.2 directly with the latest release.


But I can't find anyway to export to the version 20.3.1.1 or 20.3.0.9
So I'm thinking any genius here can do a export program like genz's does.
It'll help a lot for files like m880.nif.
Because these files can transfer to version 20.3.1.1, but can't be loaded. I think it might be some new data couldn't be loaded by old version.
